"What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them,
and ye shall have them." Mark 11:24
I’m sure you are curious about what I do and  maybe looking for great opportunities to come? In this website  you will learn how your $25 can actually retire you in less than a year.  If there's anyway, I can help you, please feel free to skype me: symphony910 or call me / leave a message: 719-418-0591 / visit my blog sites: www.empowernetwork.com/stejano or www.stscavarda.blogspot.com. To All of you bloggers and writers, this is an opportunity for you to penetrate GOOGLE. In this post below, it is describing how Google's numbers have weakened as compared to past years.  Few points were mentioned below that all of you already know that a blogger needs to do but has not been done.
1) Rules of Engagement - Engage, engage, & engage. Interact with other writers, comment, ask questions or just say Hi! Man is not an island so it is necessary for anyone to survive as well as for a company to grow and maintain its ratings.
2) Share the Love - Everybody loves to read especially if it's about gossips! (lol) But I mean is if you like what you are reading and you think it's worth sharing then share it to your friends and networks.
3) Make it a Habit - Consistency is the key. If you want your blogs to be in any search engines' first pages then make your self known and make sure you do it atleast once a day. Not once in a blue moon or once a lifetime (joke)  but make it a habit to blog everyday. This is your dream right? So just do it!
4) Give Love to All - Invite friends to your circle, create a community or group. Give love to all who wants to join your group. You never know, they have bigger network that you do.
So, the list is on and on. Take this opportunity to do better. Since others have not been active in their blogs or posts then double your work. This is the time to be a star! All positive things happen!
Google CEO Larry Page recently announced that Google Plus crossed over the 100 million user mark and continues to see strong user growth.
Despite these strong numbers, however, the service continues to be pummeled in the press. Many outlets have claimed that engagement is poor and that growth is only fueled by Google forcing membership upon users of its other products.
Rather than rely on third-party reports, we decided to pull publicly available data on a random population into an RJMetrics online dashboard and see for ourselves.
Here are some of our most interesting findings:

The average post has less than one +1, less than one reply, and less than one re-share.
30% of users who make a public post never make a second one. Even after making five public posts, there is a 15% chance that a user will not post publicly again.
Among users who make publicly-viewable posts, there is an average of 12 days between each post
A cohort analysis reveals that, after a member makes a public post, the average number of public posts they make in each subsequent month declines steadily. This trend is not improving in newer cohorts.
How We Did It
We began by selecting a population of 40,000 random Google Plus users. For each user, we downloaded their entire public timelines (which consist of all publicly-visible activities for that user). Only one third of the users in our population had any public activity, so this sub-set of the population is the main focus of many of our statistics.
Once we had the data, it was a snap to upload it to RJMetrics and pull the insights seen here with just a few clicks.
Since we are looking at public data exclusively, we want to point out that this data is not necessarily reflective of the entire population of users. These are simply insights into the public-facing actions of Google Plus users based on a population that is known to post publicly.

Repeat Posters
Once a user has made one public post, the chances that they will make a second post are quite strong: around 70%. After that, however, Google Plus does not perform as well as other social services that have analyzed. In charts like these, we typically expect to see the probability of repeat posts shoot up to well north of 90% by the time the user has made several posts. This is basically the "once you're using it you're hooked" principle.
With Google Plus, however, this number never crosses the 90% mark. Even after having made five such posts, the chance of making a sixth is only 85%. The means that 15% of people who have made five posts never came back to make a sixth.

Cohort Analysis
The cohort analysis below shows the rate at which new publicly-viewable posts are created by users who made their first post in different months throughout time.
This is a cumulative chart, so we're basically showing the "average number of total posts made" as it grows over time for users in each cohort.

Hello! Thanks again for visiting my site. Yesterday, I discussed about the pros and cons about Facebooking.
In the business world, it is a very good tool to really expose your business. As I have presented, you need to spend time in any of the social media likeFacebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and others if you really want to expose your business to the public. So here are some few things on what you need to do:
1) Spend at least half a day building relationship online.
2) Talk / Chat / Leave a comment or ask a question to anyone interesting.. or a group.
3) Use a Pay per Click (PPC) Method , this is the little advertising strategy that can create instant lead for you but may cost you some money depends on how much you want to spend.
4) Use a search function and look for groups or individuals and or search for pages or community.
5) You can also create a page for your group / team or maybe invite people to create a team.
6) Build a community.
I have discussed some few points here  in my audio:http://empowerednetwork.podbean.com/mf/web/gegfmz/Audio8.mp3 about this topic above and why you need the social media now to really make your business succeed.
So please listen to that. I have several replays on  other audio as well at:http://stscavarda.blogspot.com
Enjoy and have a good Sunday!

First, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL!  We see several messages going out all over the world today greeting the moms and the mom - to be's.. And I'm sure Facebook is getting one of the huge traffic results out there in the social media.  I saw e-cards, banners, flowers in Facebook with messages, videos and comments.
This is also something that I want to share with you tonight before I even sleep. I was listening to a video shared to me by my coach / mentor / friend, Bart. It's about how a social media can really make you successful if you use it right and how it can also destroy you.  But let's talk more of the positive and recommended things rather than the negative here without really forgetting the facts.
I have here the audio that I recorded for you. My accent may probably hinder you in understanding some of the terms but I believe I have clearly started the topic good and expect few audios or videos to come about.
You can download this video if you want and listen to it all the time so you are guided. Don't worry, everybody is learning now about what we need to do. This is the reason why this audio  and other webinars are out there to help us all.
Please feel free to contact me or skype me if you have questions: symphony910

Thanks again for visiting my site and if this is your first time, Welcome!

Early this week I've shared with you a book of Og Mandino,   The Greatest Salesman in The World. The book was telling us a story about how the salesman motivated himself through the scroll that he inherited.
The book  was telling us about how he motivated himself to succeed in life.  It also mentioned about the man's inability to succeed in life - which is called failure.

I have here a short audio I recorded today about another topic mentioned in this book - The Good and The Bad Habits. I hope you will apply this in your daily lives.
I had a hard time uploading this video as I need to convert it several times to have it downloaded. Anyway, here it is and please feel free to leave your comments.
